As our world becomes more and more closely connected, through all kinds of electronic communication, it will become more and more useful to view all the people and computers on our planet as part of a single global brain. And perhaps our future as a species will depend on how well we’re able to use our global collective intelligence to make choices that are not just smart but also wise. Therefore, a systems approach (SA) to urban health and wellbeing has been developed to better understand and solve complex problems of urban health. It combines both systems methods and models to understand problems emerging from complexity and the engagement of stakeholders. Read more here
